This Nemco 1/2 HP Garbage Disposal is designed and built from the inside out. It is strong, fast, and dependable and has a totally enclosed fan cooled motor that is sized to match your grinding needs. The grinding sleeve features cast chromium molybdenum tungsten, heat treated, 16 primary break-up lugs, and 48 precision grinding teeth. It is designed for mounting to standard sinks with 3-1/2 inch openings. Independent motor shaft seal provides protection of motor from water damage and disposer has corrosion resistant hopper with auxiliary water inlets. The grinding table of Garbage Disposal is dynamically balanced, cast chrome alloyed and heat treated. It is available in three different voltages.

In 1976 Ed Neidhart, with help from his brother Gene, and father Earl, established a small machine shop in Hicksville, Ohio. The company was named NEMCO to represent Neidhardt Engineering and Manufacturing Company.
